Online Book Promotion

Utilize Internet Promotion for Your BooksThe internet offers incredible ways to promote your books. Millions of people log onto the internet each day and many of those people like to read. One wonderful aspect of the internet, is that many of the promotional opportunities are free or inexpensive. Also, the internet allows you to interact with potential readers all over the world.

The world wide web is a godsend for shy authors who promote their books. It is possible to share information about yourself and your books without having to see the person. You can post messages on message boards, forums or blogs and it offers the chance to hold discussions with readers. Online message boards, forums and chats are a very effective way to help new people learn about your books.

I feel that every author should have a website. However, it needs to be a well designed and effective website. When people visit your site, what will they see? Is it easy to navigate? What does that mean and how do you make it easier for people to learn about you? All these questions and many more will be answered for you.

There are author’s coalitions, writer’s groups and promotional groups on the internet. These are great ways to get the word out about your books. We’ll discuss what types of promotional groups are available and how to find the one that is right for you. I will provide information on this site to help you promote your books on your own.

Websites, blogs, forums, message boards, e-zines, newsletter, e-mail, affiliate programs and many other promotional opportunities are waiting for you to discover them. We’ll discuss ways to utilize these avenues to promote your books.

You can drop by the promotional forum if you have any specific questions. You are welcome to post your questions or thoughts. I’ll look forward to seeing you there.
